For the driver

If EMED has already provided you with a reference, bring that reference with you and provide the vehicle registration shown on the vehicle. You do not need to repeat the vehicle details. If you do not have an EMED reference, reception will ask you to complete the vehicle details below. All arrivals require admin approval before the vehicle is linked to an EMED request.

Choose the correct arrival route. If the driver already has an EMED reference, only the reference, vehicle registration and driver contact details are required.
